Here is my sweet Áine Clare after a half day spent at Childrens Hospital on Wednesday. She was poked and prodded and is in the midst of one of her worst eczema outbreaks ever and yet she smiles.

I think this child needs to be on freeway billboard. For seriously, no matter what kind of day I'm having, I see her smile and I can't help but be cheered up. The wonders she could do for people sitting in traffic!
