8th (?!) Grade

Ciara starts 8th grade today at Nativity!
It's so hard to believe. Seems like only yesterday that she was starting Kindergarten at La Rosa.

My prayer for you, my Fashionista, is a year filled with good memories and happy days. You are always compassionate, kind, polite, and good-hearted.

May those who cross your path, accept the beauty that is you.

Today is Áine's first day at her new school -- Cleta Harder Developmental School.

Brendan went on a field trip with his class to Sky High Sports - The Trampoline Place today. His teacher said he had a great time jumping for 40 minutes. Go, Brendan!

PIM and Ciara's Annual Knotts Overnighter

Once again, my girl and I headed out to Buena Park for our annual trek to Knotts Berry Farm.
After getting drenched on Bigfoot Rapids, we headed to the Log Ride where I snapped this shot of my sweet pea.

We headed back to the hotel for an afternoon rest and treat from the Knotts Berry Farm Bakery. Chocolate mousse for two? Delish!

Our annual 28 hours together at Knotts isn't much, but it's something we look forward to every year. I had a great time with Miss Ciara. She's as sweet as ever.
